York, North Yorkshire and East Riding Skills Support for the Workforce, Intermediate/Higher Skills Provision and Redundancy Provision

Rytangle Training and Development (RTD) has been awarded government funding to provide individuals with the opportunities to develop the skills that will enable them to progress in employment.

Employers will be supported to develop individuals to fill intermediate, technical and higher level skills gaps and shortages.

Employers of SMEs, defined as 1-249 employees, (headcount) must operate from premises within the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) areas of Craven, Hambleton, Harrogate, Richmondshire, Ryedale, Scarborough, Selby, York and East Riding in a priority sector; RTD is focussing on the health and social care sector.

RTD will undertake a Training Needs Analysis with employers meeting this criteria to discuss their requirements.
